WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

Contact us by writing an e-mail to info@lumicom.it - ​​or if you prefer to talk to us call customer support at +39 0423 915669 or write us on whatsapp +39 351 516 8210 - to receive the waybill and define the day together best to send the courier to pick up the products.

WHEN RETURN IS NOT POSSIBLE

The products must not have been used and installed:

  • items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, without damage or missing parts
  • in the event that the goods are returned using a shipping service at the expense of the recipients

From the moment we receive the return, we will check the condition of the item and we will refund within 7 working days, by bank transfer or by PayPal or credit card, if product has been paid by these modalities.

In case of cash on delivery, you will need to provide us with the IBAN of your bank account, to which we will make the refund within 7 working days from when the items will be delivered to our factory. The cost of managing the cash on delivery will not be refunded.

In the event that the purchase of the products was made with "free shipping", the refund will be equal to the total of the order at the time of purchase.

CASES WHERE THE REFUND CANNOT BE MADE

Only in the cases that you find below, the refund cannot be made:

  • in the event that the object has been returned used or damaged
  • in the event that the procedure indicated above has not been followed
  • if the purchased items have been personalised or customized , according to the consumer code (Legislative Decree 206/05) .
