Shipping and delivery

We ship throughout Europe by express courier.

The order will be shipped only after receipt of payment or order confirmation, in the case of purchase by bank transfer.

Our logistics partners are express couriers SDA and FERCAM.

DELIVERY TIME

The products will be entrusted to the express courier and will be delivered, depending on the destination postcode, within 5-7 working days.

SHIPPING TRACKING CODE

From the moment the courier picks up the item, through the tracking code that will be sent to you via email, it will be possible to check the status of the shipment online at any time.

There may be delays in deliveries due to strikes or bad weather, for which we cannot take responsibility.

SHIPPING COST

The total cost for shipping will be calculated at checkout.


Important note

From the moment the order is placed and the goods are shipped, the package cannot be refused, except in the event of tampering or suspicion of damage to the contents caused by alteration of the package.

If at the time of delivery of the package you verify tampering (to the packaging or to the contents) you will have to reject the delivery and contact us (info@lumicom.it). In the event that the product had been tampered with, and this had not been reported to the courier, the customer release the courier and us from all burdens and responsibilities.

In these cases we are not liable for damage and / or theft; so we advise you to be careful when the courier delivers the package.

If the outer package is perfectly intact but the product is missing inside, contact us immediately! Please keep everything as we will need your help to open a claim file. Normally what we are asked for are photographic evidence (of the outer envelope, the package and the label) and an explanation of what happened. Your help is essential to be able to open the claim procedure and obtain a refund from the courier.
